I assess clients and my consulting venue in South-West London but I am also happy to travel for home visits and prison visits, please liaise with the team at the Medico-Legal and Neuroscience Partnership for more information on this regard.
My GMC number is 2423609 however, I voluntarily relinquished my Specialist Registration in 2016.
I have been providing Medico-Legal reports since 1998 and I attend Court as an expert witness nearly twice a year and preparing around 60 reports per year. My Claimant:Defendant ratio is 60:40. I am accepting Medico-Legal instructions through the legal team at the Medico-Legal & Neuroscience Partnership.
As well as writing reports for serious head injury cases, I am also happily take on Clinical Negligence cases.
For background purposes, I earned my degree with honours from Baghdad University in 1970 and my requalification from the Society of Apothecaries in London (LMSSA) in 1978. I received the FRCS in general surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in England and Edinburgh in 1977 after completing the basic surgical training.
After completing my Higher Neurosurgery training at the Charing Cross and Central Middlesex Hospitals in London and passing the required tests, I was granted the FRCS (Neurosurgery) by the intercollegiate board (UK) in 2007.
