The following terms and conditions relate to all costing work carried out by SM Legal Services Ltd;
All bills of costs are prepared and invoiced by applying either an hourly rate to the time taken to prepare the bill of costs or by applying a percentage to the profit costs as drawn. Any additional work is undertaken at a separately agreed hourly rate. All invoices are payable within 30 days of the date of invoice.
