General and specific enquiries

All general and specific enquiries are to be addressed for the attention of the medico-legal secretaries at: mls@smlegalservices.co.uk

A letter of enquiry should set out the basic facts of the case, the injuries sustained and the nature of the report required.  Please note estimates/quotations cannot be given without details of the case/sight of all the medical records and scans.

Formal Instructions

A formal instruction should be sent by post together with all medical records, scans, X-rays, etc.  The instruction will be put before the appropriate expert and details of timescales and costs will then be provided.

Ongoing Support

Queries in relation to ongoing matters should be addressed by email or post wherever possible.

Telephone conferences and discussions can be arranged with our experts if requested.
