At SM Legal Services, we are dedicated to providing professional costing and medico-legal services in timescales that meet your individual requirements without any compromise on the quality of our services from beginning to end.

Our team of costs draftsman are well into our second decade of providing costing services.  In 2006, given the rapid growth of our success, we became a limited company with a view to expanding our services.  Since then we have continued to build a strong, reliable team and enjoy an excellent working relationship with a number of firms/fee-earners, to whom we have provided services since we were first incorporated, as well as establishing new clients along the way.

At the beginning of 2009, we welcomed Dr Dougall McCorry, Consultant Neurologist and Epileptologist, to our team to provide expert witness services.  This proved of great benefit to many of our clients, leading us to expand this aspect of our services.  We have a dedicated medico-legal team, including  ‘ISIS Medico-Legal Neuroscience Partnership’.

At SM Legal Services, we understand the daily demands placed upon fee-earners and practitioners and the importance of accurate documents prepared efficiently and promptly to ensure that cases are progressed swiftly, targets are met and high standards maintained at all times.
